SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
We offer express shipping on all orders. Orders are delivered through Courier Post or Fast Post depending on your preference. Deliveries will take 1-3 business days once the order has been dispatched.
Shipping is free for all orders over $75 NZD within New Zealand.
For orders below $75 NZD shipping within the North Island have a flat delivery flat of $10 NZD and flat delivery fee for the South Island of $12 NZD. All rural deliveries may have extra charge.
International shipping flat rate $20 NZD for all orders outside of New Zealand.
Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you are thrilled with your purchase from AFRICA QUEEN. However, if you are not completely pleased with your order, you are welcome to return the item within a 7-day period.
To be able to return the item you will ned to be able to provide us with:
- Original proof of purchase
- Item must unused and in original, unopened, undamaged and resealable packaging.
- Within 7 days
You will be able to return the item by coming in store directly or packaging your item carefully and post it to the addresss supplied to you.
Returns without authorisation will not be accepted.
